In celebration of World Earth Day, "YLE organizes a clean up campaign in Matrouh Governorate"
With the participation of 25 volunteers, the YLE team, in cooperation with the Homt watan Party and under the auspausis of Matrouh governorate, cleaned Rommel Beach, one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Matruh. More than 450 kilos of waste that harmed the marine environment of the Mediterranean was collected.
This comes within the framework of the Clean shoresProject, which the Foundation has inatiated since 2018, which aims to clean the beaches and the banks of the Nile from plastic waste.
