We’re thrilled to announce that Youth Loves Egypt Foundation is participating in the 62nd session of the UNFCCC Subsidiary Bodies (SB 62), taking place in Bonn, Germany, from 16 to 26 June 2025.
Representing the foundation, Mr. Ahmed Fathi took part in the opening session of the conference on Monday, June 16.
SB 62 marks a crucial milestone on the road to COP30 in Brazil, with key discussions focusing on:
The New Climate Finance Goal – Supporting developing countries in facing the impacts of climate change.
- Adaptation Actions – Exploring tools and plans to boost resilience, especially in the Global South.
- Carbon Markets – Advancing fair and effective mechanisms to cut emissions.
- Youth Empowerment and Civil Society Engagement – Ensuring a just transition to a green and sustainable economy.
