As part of its ongoing commitment to youth empowerment and enhancing their role in environmental and climate action, YLE is organizing its annual camp in Port Said from 29 to 31 January 2026.
The YLE Annual Camp is an interactive platform that brings together young people interested in environmental issues, climate change, and sustainable development. The camp aims to review the outcomes of last year’s international conferences, capacity-building programs, and specialized training sessions, while also planning strategic initiatives and activities for the upcoming year.
The camp provides an open space for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaborative work, with a strong focus on youth engagement in environmental decision-making and monitoring key international agendas such as COP31, as well as desertification and biodiversity summits.
The camp is primarily designed for YLE team members, with a limited number of spots available for young people from outside the organization who have a genuine passion for environmental work and a willingness to actively participate. Applicants are encouraged to complete the registration form carefully, as the selection process is based on clear criteria including motivation, commitment, and ability to contribute to camp activities.

Note: YLE will cover accommodation and transportation from Cairo to Port Said and back, including breakfast and lunch.
